2012 MASTERS SKI PROGRAM

“Masters” is an adult age category, not a skill level
MASTERS DROP-IN CLINICS
This program is for adults of all abilities who want to improve their classic or skate technique through six weekly sessions with certified volunteer instructors.
Cost $5 per session (day pass or seasons pass required)

MASTERS LITE
This is a professionally coached program for adults with a desire to hone their technique and fitness to a semi-competitive level. It includes 2-4 sessions per week training with the junior or senior racers, interval and technique sessions, and video analysis.
Cost $250

MASTERS RACE
This professionally coached program offers everything in Masters Lite plus additional services for committed competitive racers. Specific training goals, yearly training plans, weight training, Ilog monitoring, and lactate testing are included in this program.
